Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected when you visit harperreed.com (“the Site”) and how that information is used.

What This Site Is

This is a personal website — a static site hosted on Netlify. There are no user accounts, no advertising, no cookies, and no tracking pixels.

Information We Collect

Analytics

The Site uses tinylytics, a privacy-focused analytics service. Tinylytics collects aggregate, anonymous data about page visits and referring sites. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track individual visitors across sites.

Contact Form

The speaking inquiry form on the Site is processed by Netlify Forms. If you submit the form, the information you provide (name, email, company, event details) is stored by Netlify and forwarded to us by email. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry.

Server Logs

Netlify may collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of hosting the Site. This data is subject to Netlify’s privacy policy.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not use cookies or local storage
  • We do not serve advertising
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information
  • We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, or any invasive tracking
  • We do not collect data from minors

The Site contains links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Your Rights

If you have submitted information through the contact form and would like it deleted, email privacy@harperreed.com and we will remove it.

For visitors in the EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA): because we collect minimal data and do not track individuals, most data-subject rights (access, deletion, portability, opt-out of sale) are satisfied by default. If you have specific questions about your rights, contact us.
